Resources for Microsoft OneDrive

Instruction for Microsoft OneDrive

  1. Microsoft Account: To access OneDrive and Microsoft Online Apps, you will first need a Microsoft account.  LSCPA provides you with a Microsoft account for use with your Lamar email (your email which ends in lamarpa.edu).   However, for these assignments, you should create your own personal Microsoft account. To create a Microsoft account, go to onedrive.live.com and sign up.  Do not use your lamarpa.edu email address when creating your own Microsoft account. IMPORTANT: to create your Microsoft account, read and follow the instructions I have provided in this handout: Getting a Microsoft Account <<<DO THIS FIRST!!!

Notes: You should use Edge (not Google Chrome) for all the OneDrive assignments.  Edge is the browser from Microsoft so other Microsoft products (such as OneDrive) will typically work better with Edges. For these assignments, you will need a PC with Microsoft Office installed. Apple Mac users: you should be able to do the assignments with a Mac with Microsoft Office installed and using Safari as your web browser.
